PiQ.600

The PiQ.600 model is a standalone, three-phase monitoring solution that can be added to any existing enclosure. An ultra-versatile piece you will surely want to add to your power arsenal, the PiQ.600 can plug into either an existing network or directly to a utility.

Specifications

The PiQ.600’s monitor is compatible with typical Wye or Delta systems and can protect against phase loss, phase unbalance, undervoltage and overvoltage. This efficient piece allows you to set each step individually to minimize voltage risk.

This is a software-defined device that communicates through an ethernet port that can be connected to a cellular bridge or router.

We offer the PiQ.600 in one dimension: 4.50 x 3.50 x 1.25 in. This equates to 114.30 x 88.90 x 31.75 mm.

In terms of power, the PiQ.600 offers a wide input range of 9 to 36 VDC and manages the universal voltage range of 208 to 480 VAC.

Features

A multi-color LED light indicates that the PiQ.600 is operating and will provide fault indication to simplify on-site troubleshooting.

Faults in the PiQ.600 are identified internally and are sent through JSON to a customer service agent. Rugged Telemetry can also monitor any defects in the system, and the indicator can be manually reset to detect faults more accurately.

To maximize the PiQ.600’s mountability potential, a fused wire harness is equipped on each of the device’s legs.

PiQ.610

The PiQ.610 is precisely engineered to work in conjunction with the PiQ.600. This supercap backup power board can provide power to the PiQ.600 and two other devices to ensure that a power outage or other issue can be reported quickly.

Specifications

The PiQ.610 supercap backup power board works in multiple phases.

First, the PiQ.610 takes the three-phase input power from the source you are monitoring and serves as a passthrough to the PiQ.600 utility monitoring device. The AC-DC’s power will then charge the supercaps and power your communication device and PiQ.600.

Features

The PiQ.610 has several outstanding features, including three 12 VDC outputs with supercap backup. Each unit also comes with a 15 VDC input.

The PiQ.610 also comes with a set of three-phase power inputs and outputs per the standard Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Ground and Neutral wiring configuration. Each unit also features an AC output to the AC-DC power supply.

PiQ.620

The PiQ.620 is a complete solution that combines the best of the PiQ.600 and PiQ.610. This unique unit can be mounted or connected directly to a network. The PiQ.620’s enclosure has a shelf that can accommodate a utility router, which can be supplied as part of the solution.

Specifications

As with the PiQ.600, we offer the PiQ.620 in one dimension: 4.50 x 3.50 x 1.25 in. This equates to 114.30 x 88.90 x 31.75 mm. 

The power levels of the PiQ.620 are consistent with the PiQ.600, featuring a wide input range of 9 to 36 VDC. In addition, it manages the universal voltage range of 208 to 480 VAC.

Features

Faults in this unit are transmitted via JSON to a customer service provider and can be additionally monitored through the Rugged Telemetry platform. The fault indicator function can be manually reset to ensure the unit performs up to snuff.

The PiQ.620 comes with a DIN rail and fused wire harnesses on each leg for the best presentation results. Keeping the PiQ.620 secure is a 14x12x6 polycarbonate enclosure.

Like our other utility power monitoring devices, the PiQ.620 has three 12 VDC outputs with supercap backup. Each unit comes with a 15 VDC input.

The PiQ.620 also comes with a set of three-phase power inputs and outputs reflecting the L1, L2, L3, G, and N wiring configuration. Each unit also features an AC output to the AC-DC power supply. The PiQ.620 truly captures the best of both the PiQ.600 and PiQ.610 models.
