The PiQ 600 series includes products designed for the utility industry to remotely monitor 3 phase power going into commercial buildings. The product comes as a standalone box that can be mounted into any existing utility cabinet that offers DC power, or serves as a complete solution with an AC/DC transformer and our SuperCap backup power board.
Phase monitor is configurable with typical Wye or Delta systems.
PiQ.600 uses a microprocessor based design to provide protection against phase loss, phase unbalance, undervoltage and overvoltage.
PiQ.600 communicates through an ethernet port that can be connected to a cellular bridge or router.
A software defined device that allows you to indivially set each phase for nominal voltages, Phase Loss and Phase Caution.
Multi - Color LED indicates normal condition and provides fault indication to simplify onsite troubleshooting.
4.50 x 3.50 x 1.25 in.
114.30 x 88.90 x 31.75 mm.
Power: 9-36 VDC
Universal voltage range of 208 to 480VAC, 3-phase systems
Faults are sent via JSON to customer server or can be monitored through Rugged Telemetry platform.
Fault indicator that can be manually reset to see if a fault alert had occurred.
DIN Rail Mountable
Fused wire harness on each Leg
The PiQ.610 supercap backup power board is designed to take the 3 phase input power from the source you are monitoring, supply that power as a passthrough to the PiQ.600 phase monitoring device, power your AC/DC power supply that will charge the supercaps and power your communication device & PiQ.600.
3 – 12V DC Outputs - with Supercap backup
1 – 15V DC Input
3 Phase – Power Input L1, L2, L3, G, N
3 Phase – Power output L1, L2, L3, G, N
AC Output – to AC/DC Power Supply
The PiQ.620 is a complete solution that combines the PiQ.600 and PiQ.610 into an enclosure that can be mounted by the utility or customer. The enclosure has a shelf that can accommodate the utilities router or router can be supplied as part of the solution.
