  • 8 Analog Inputs (AI): Connect up to 8 analog sensors simultaneously — temperature, pressure, flow, level, humidity, power, conductivity, and any other sensor with a standard 4-20mA or 0-10V output. All inputs are monitored continuously, logged to AssetIQ, and available for configurable threshold alerting and trend analysis.

  • 8 Digital Inputs (DI): Monitor up to 8 discrete status signals — door contacts, float switches, motor run/fault indicators, relay outputs, power present/absent, or any dry contact source. Digital input states are tracked in real time and can trigger alerts or control output logic based on your configured rules.

  • 8 Digital Outputs (DO): Configure automated, sensor-driven responses without manual intervention. Open or close a vent when a temperature threshold is crossed. Start or stop a pump based on a level reading. Trigger an alarm horn or flasher when a digital input changes state. Control logic executes at the device for reliable, low-latency response.

  • Built-In 7" HMI Display: A local 7-inch touchscreen display provides on-site visibility into live system status and a simple interface for field configuration and troubleshooting. Field technicians can deploy and configure SensorIQ™ on site without a laptop — reducing commissioning time and support overhead.

  • Hybrid Cellular + Satellite Communications: SensorIQ™ uses cellular as its primary communications path with automatic satellite failover — maintaining continuous data transmission from urban commercial sites to remote industrial and environmental monitoring locations. Your monitoring never goes dark.

  • Event-Based + Interval Monitoring: Configure reporting intervals for continuous trend data alongside event-based monitoring that responds immediately when sensor conditions change. SensorIQ™ in Operation

Commercial Facility Monitoring — Food Service and Catering: SensorIQ™ monitors refrigeration and freezer temperatures, tracks incoming power quality, and detects door open/close status across commercial food service environments. When a temperature threshold is exceeded, digital outputs automatically trigger alarm horns, flashers, or backup equipment. When a power outage or interruption is detected, SensorIQ™ alerts your team instantly and can restart designated equipment once power is restored — reducing product loss risk during unattended periods. Food safety compliance documentation is available on demand through AssetIQ.

Environmental and Remote Site Monitoring: Deploy SensorIQ™ at remote environmental sites where cellular coverage is unreliable. Hybrid satellite failover ensures continuous data transmission. Description

TiQ.200

The TiQ.200 is compatible with our Keller high precision, low power MODBUS pressure transducers.  This series is designed for a high level of granularity across large spans. Mounting options include submersible, 1/4” NPT, 1/2” NPT with large diaphragm for viscous liquids.

TiQ.210

The TiQ.210 is a line of low power serial ultrasonic sensors that are designed to be free mounted for open area measurements.  Examples would be under a bridge to get the distance to the water or an open tank.

TiQ.215

The TiQ.215 series is our most versatile as it can interface with any analog sensor from any manufacture.  The TiQ.215 series also has a sensor interface box that offers a IS Barrier for intrinsically safe installation.

TiQ.220

The TiQ.220 series is compatible with the VEGA line of MODBUS sensors.  This series is ideal for applications that require multiple data points or utilizing the digital output of the sensor.
